The father of Arjumand Gulzar, the mastermind behind the 2019 Pulwama attack, stated that his son deserved his fate after being killed in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir. He also appealed for the release of his other son, who is currently imprisoned.
Hamza Burhan, a key suspect in the 2019 Pulwama terror attack, was killed in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir. Burhan, a commander of the Al Badr terror group, had been living undercover as a teacher in PoK.
Before the issuance of the proclamation orders, the court had issued open-ended non-bailable warrants against all five, he added.
